Determining the Merit for 4 YEAR BACHELOR PROGRAMS

The merit of candidates fulfilling the above requirements and qualifying admission test will consider marks obtained in the previous exams. The weightage for merit determination will be as below:

Admission test 50%

Due to Covid-19 situation, students will be provisionaly admitted with a condition to obtain 50% Marks in Intermediate / DAE / equivalent. There will be no supplementary chance.

* Submission of falsified information/documents will lead to cancellation of admission at any time with no fee refunds.

Determining the Merit for Certificate Courses

The merit shall be determined based on the academic record and entry-test/interview conducted by the university. Following weightage will be awarded for calculation of merit for admission in skills training certificate programs:

SSC Marks 30%*
HSSC/DAE 40%*
Relevant experience @ 2.5% per year and maximum 10%
Interview/Entry Test 20%

* Educational marks will be calculated based on the percentage of marks obtained

Merit List Preparation and Display

  1. The University admission committee shall prepare a merit list of candidates and display on the university website/notice board as per admission schedule announced.
  2. Federal government quota will be strictly observed. In case no candidate is available for the requisite quota, vacant seats will be filled on merit.
  3. Candidates whose names appeared in the first merit list but could not deposit their dues within time due to some genuine reasons may apply for inclusion in the following lists if seats are available. Such applications shall be submitted to the university admission committee at least one day prior to display of the next merit list.
  4. The candidate whose name appears in a merit list, he/she will present himself/herself in person, within due time, along with all original documents to the University Admission Committee and follow the committee's instructions. After documental verification of the applicant's data in consultation with Students Affairs Office, the Departmental Admission Committee shall generate and issue a bank challan form to the candidate for depositing dues in any HBL branch. It is the responsibility of the applicant to complete these formalities and deposit all dues within the due date.
  5. In case of admission cancellation, fee/dues deposited by him/her shall not be refunded in any circumstances. However, fee is transferable in the intra university certificate programs.
