The BS occupational safety and health programme provides deeper knowledge on Occupational Safety and Health in an effort to protect workers from hazards at the workplace. You will explore a variety of subjects related to this field such as safety & health regulations, construction safety, industrial hygiene, OSH risk management, emergency response plan and accident investigation among others. All the hands-on experience offered with our program mirrors what you'll be doing as a professional. Not only will you be well-prepared for your career, you'll also graduate from our program with a professional certification. The programme will provide you with a range of theoretical and practical skills to enable you to practice across a range of industries and environments. Our BS program will based on sound foundations as stated in the federal Occupational Health and Safety draft 2018, and Punjab Occupational Health and Safety Act 2018 with a syllabus that focuses on specific aspects of occupational health and safety management. With this degree in hand, employment in the OSH field becomes more promising due to the shortage of OSH experts especially in the manufacturing, services, construction, oil and gas industries in Pakistan and Gulf countries.
