Ehsaas Scholarship

STEP 1: Student visit (the department will help the students). E-Application form once submitted is non-editable. Therefore, please fill it very carefully. Incomplete application form in any respect will be rejected.

STEP 2: FILL the form and SUBMIT of the online application form of Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Project. Applications in the "Saved" mode will not be acceptable.

STEP 3: The NSU student is required to take PRINTOUT of the application form and attach the supporting documents (given at end) as per HEC requirement:

STEP 4: The hard copy of the application form along with the supporting documents will be collected by each Department. The head submitted SIGNED FORMS to the Ehsaas- Scholarship Program Office, Science Block of the university. Please do not send hard copies to HEC directly. Incomplete application form in any respect will be rejected.

STEP 5: The Student Affair Committee and Financial Aid Office of the university will short list all candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria, based on the information provided in their applications, and who have provided all the information sought for under the rules such as proof of family income, assets, past academic record, age (where appropriate) etc. Incomplete application form in any respect will be rejected. No TEST for award of Ehsaas Scholarship.

STEP 6: The Institutional Scholarship Award Committee of the universities will interview/ recommend potential applicants for the award of scholarship. Scholarship awardees will be asked to sign a deed of agreement on a stamp paper.

STEP 7: Financial/ Treasurer Office of the university shall issue the Final Scholarship Award Letter.

STEP 8: Awarded scholarship is not transferable to any other university/ academic program/ academic session.

STEP 9: Scholarship funding shall continue for next semester/ year subject ONLY to satisfactory academic performance.

STEP 10: The last date to apply for Ehsaas Scholarship is November 30, 2021

As Per HEC the Program covers funds for the following expenses:

  • University tuition fee as per actual
  • Mandatory Academic Charges
  • Non-academic charges like hostel dues, transport charges, utility bills etc. are not covered.
  • Stipend @Rs.40,000 per annum would be allocated after approval.

Salary Slip / Income Certificate (Father/Guardian, Mother)


Undertaking of Income Certificate on minimum amount of stamp paper of Rs. 50/-. If father is Labourer on daily wage / shopkeeper / private job, then attach undertaking of Income Certificate on minimum and detail of job/ work place address.


Copies of last Six Month Utility Bills (Electricity, Gas, Telephone, Water) – (If applicable)


Copy of Rent agreement in case of Rented House


Copies of Last Fee Receipts of Applicant and Siblings (If applicable)


Copies of Medical bills/ expenditure related documents (if applicable)
