Throughout his career, Mr. Qaiser has successfully led strategic planning, execution, and oversight of all examination-related functions at the university levels. This includes the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure transparency, reliability, and academic integrity in the assessment and evaluation processes. He supervises the scheduling and conduct of examinations, result processing, issuance of transcripts/ degrees, and maintenance of examination records in line with national and international academic standards.

Mr. Qaiser holds a Master's degree from the prestigious University of Ottawa, Canada. He has participated in various national and international workshops, seminars, and committees focused on academic assessment, quality assurance, and examination reforms.
