Graduates who fulfill the following criteria/conditions will be eligible for participation in the 1st Convocation 2026:

1. Only students belonging to Fall 2022 and Fall 2021 intakes who have successfully completed their program requirements are eligible for participation in the Convocation.
2. Deposit Rs. 6,500/- (Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred only) as a non-refundable registration fee.
3. Attendance of students is mandatory on the rehearsal day also so that they may receive their regalia in time on payment.
4. Graduates may bring a maximum of 02 guests. However, their participation in the Convocation will be subject to security clearance by the Security Agencies of Pakistan.
5. The award of institutional Medals to graduates shall be subject to their eligibility as per NSU Academic Regulations.

2. Select the correct passing-out year/academic session: 2021–2025 or 2022–2026.
3. Enter the correct Name and Father’s Name as per the Matriculation Certificate / Transcript (if received).
4. Enter your CNIC No.
5. Select the correct Name of the Degree Program from the drop-down menu.
6. Enter your Current Residential Address.
7. The graduating student will be allowed to invite up to two guests to attend the Convocation ceremony.
8. If a graduate wants to invite his/her guest to attend the Convocation, the guest’s CNIC No. must be entered correctly.
9. Formal Invitation / Entry Cards will be issued to the students, which will be mandatory for attendance at the Convocation ceremony.
10. Upon submitting the registration form, the student shall deposit Rs. 6,500/- (Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred only) as a non-refundable registration fee, excluding the Regalia fee, through PSID. Registration will be confirmed after confirmation of payment from the student.
11. The deadline for registration is Thursday, 27th August, 2026.
