biography

Dr. Muhammad Amin Khan is an Assistant Professor at the National Skills University, Islamabad, since February 2026. He previously served as an Assistant Professor at the National College of Business Administration & Economics (Sub-Campus Bahawalpur) from October 2023 to November 2024. Dr. Amin also has experience in the public sector, having worked as a Senior Police Station Assistant with the Punjab Police from 2016 to 2018.

Dr. Amin is also an entrepreneur running his own business in Islamabad, which allows him to connect academic knowledge with real-world business practices. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (2018–2023), where his research focused on turnover intention in Pakistan’s textile industry, with a particular emphasis on work engagement and organizational culture. Additionally, he has an MBA (HRM) from the International Islamic University Islamabad (CGPA 3.75/4.00) and a BBA (Hons) in Finance from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.

His research continues to explore leadership, employee motivation, organizational culture, and engagement, particularly in reducing turnover intention. Dr. Amin is passionate about creating an engaging learning environment where students apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios. He is also dedicated to mentoring graduate students, helping them develop the skills they need for successful careers. His work focuses on shaping the next generation of professionals and making a positive impact on their academic journeys.
