Dr. Saima Wazir, a dedicated academician and researcher, currently serves as a Lecturer at the National Skills University, Islamabad. With a strong background in both academia and administration, she plays a pivotal role in curriculum development, student assessment, and academic program extensions. Her unwavering commitment to research has significantly enriched the university’s academic offerings.
Dr. Saima holds postgraduate and doctoral degrees from the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar, specializing in Finance and Organizational Planning, respectively. Before joining NSU, she has worked at HITEC University, FAST-NUCES, and Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar, where she also held key administrative roles.
Her extensive research experience spans health workforce planning to cryptocurrency market efficiency. She has also contributed to donor-funded projects, proposal writing, and research dissemination. Dr. Saima’s active participation in conferences and seminars underscores her passion for continuous academic and professional development.
