Her skill interest is in the field of Artificial Intelligence & Machine learning, with a special focus on using Neural Approaches to Conversational and Translational AI and Side Information Grounding in Neural Machine Translation Models.
Ms. Huma Israr is a Lecturer in the Department of Information Engineering Technology at National Skills University, Islamabad. She received her Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Peshawar and MS in Information Technology (MS-IT) from the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Islamabad.
Prior to that, she has over four years of teaching and research experience in different prestigious institutes. She has served as a Lecturer in the Institute of Business and Management Sciences of the University of Agriculture, Peshawar from 2013-16. Later, joined the Dr. A. Q Khan Institute of Computer Sciences and Information Technology (KICSIT) of the Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad (IST) in 2020. During this period, Ms. Huma has taught different courses including Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
