Celebrating Excellence at National Skills University Islamabad

National Skills University Islamabad (NSU) proudly reflects on a year of remarkable achievements as it enters 2026. These milestones highlight the collective dedication, vision, and hard work of Team NSU in advancing skills-based and sustainable education in Pakistan.

During 2025, NSU was ranked as the 2nd Best Sustainable Federal University in Pakistan, reinforcing its commitment to environmental responsibility and institutional excellence. The university also continued its distinction as the only UNESCO-UNEVOC Centre in Pakistan, strengthening international collaboration in technical and vocational education. In another significant achievement, NSU earned recognition as a European Centre of Vocational Excellence, further positioning the university on the global education map.

Progress was also made on infrastructure development with the advancement of the NSU Sarmad Tanveer Sub-Campus, supporting the university’s growing academic and training needs. Additionally, NSU achieved the status of a NAVTTC Qualification Awarding Body, marking an important step in enhancing nationally recognized skills certification.
