NSU Participating in China's New Energy Vehicle Technology International Training Course

Dr. Irfan Ahmad Gondal, Chairperson of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at National Skills University Islamabad, Pakistan, is participating in the China New Energy Vehicle Technology International Training Course in Beijing, China. The course, scheduled from April 15th to April 29th, 2024, is being hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and organized by Beijing National New Energy Vehicle Technology Innovation Center Ltd. (NEVC), with the Economic Vehicle Technology Organization Science Foundation (ECOSF) serving as co-organizer.

The primary objective of this international training initiative is to deepen participants' understanding of China's dynamic New Energy Vehicle (NEV) industry landscape and facilitate robust collaboration between China and Belt and Road Countries in advancing NEV technologies.

Dr. Gondal expressed his excitement about the training course, underlining its potential to significantly enhance our understanding of China's NEV products, technologies, regulatory standards, and industry dynamics. "By participating in this International Training Course on China's New Energy Vehicle technology, we aim to foster a deeper understanding of the development and current situation of China's new energy vehicle products," said Dr. Gondal. "Our goal is to establish an international cooperation and exchange platform with China's new energy vehicle industry and build an international platform for joint training of new energy vehicle talents, which we believe will open up new avenues for collaboration and innovation."

National Skills University Islamabad is renowned as a unique skill training institution in Pakistan and a UNESCO/UNEVOC center.
