Dr. Tayyaba Iqbal serving as a lecturer in the Department of Management Sciences at the National Skills University Islamabad. She has a doctoral degree in Human Resource Management from Iqra University. Her academic qualifications include an MS in Management Sciences with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) also from Iqra University, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from COMSATS University. Additionally, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from COMSATS University.
Her experience and diverse educational background contribute to department as she is teaching diverse courses, counselling students and being an active member of departmental disciplinary committee. She was also a focal person of YPDC in 2022-2023 and representing National Skills University Islamabad on National forum. She is also representing NSU on international forum by attending web conferences arranged by turkiye TOBB.
She has a rich teaching background spanning over a decade, and two years of management experience in prestigious organizations. Ms. Iqbal has been actively involved in educating Master's and Bachelor's level students at various esteemed institutions since 2012. Notable among these are the University of Central Punjab Rawalpindi, Islamic International University Islamabad, and Pir Maher Ali Shah-Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi.
In addition to her academic endeavours, Ms. Iqbal has practical experience as an HR executive at Aims Technologies. Furthermore, she has completed internships at Bank Al-Falah, further enriching her professional portfolio.
