Zakria Amir is currently employed as an Electrical Lab. Technician in the Department of Electrical Engineering Technology at National Skills University, Islamabad. He completed his Diploma of Associate Engineer (D.A.E) in Electrical Technology from Government College of Technology, Taxila. He started his professional career with Canadian based engineering firm EnerNatural as an Electrical Technician. The firm’s main business was power saving devices for domestic users. His assignment was the measurement of load before and after installation of power saving devices. He worked there for about one and half year. He joined National Skills University, Islamabad in December 2020 as a Lab Technician and still working in the same capacity.
