Terms & Conditions:

1. Under the following conditions, the migration of a student may be permitted:
• An application for migration must be submitted directly by the student himself/herself to the relevant department; it cannot be submitted through a nominee or relative on behalf of the student.
• The applicant must be currently enrolled as a student in Parent university at the time of submitting the migration application.
• The applicant may apply for migration within two weeks from the commencement of classes of a particular session. However, he/she shall be responsible for lecture shortage, if any, that may arise as a result of the migration.
• Migration or transfer is not allowed for students in their first and final year.
• Must possess an HSSC/DAE or equivalent certificate with at least a 50% marks. In case of O/A level/ equivalent exams, equivalence certificates from IBCC, Pakistan is mandatory.
• The student must have obtained a minimum CGPA of 2.5 / 4.0 or its equivalent in the examination on the basis of which migration is requested.
• The Migration committee will assess and equate the credits earned at the Parent university. A minimum of 50% of the courses should align with the depth and intensity of courses offered at NSU. Any deficiency courses, if any, must be completed by the student.
• The institution from which the student is requesting migration should be renowned, accredited, recognized by HEC, and possess a respectable standing or ranking.
• In case the applicant is applying from a foreign university must ensure that the institute/university is accredited by the respective accreditation body.
• No major/minor penalty was imposed during his/her studies and bears good moral character.
• NSU authorities reserve the right to reject cases without assigning any reason.
2. Any alterations, additions, or modifications to the aforementioned regulations will be applicable in the processing of all migration cases.
